Service Description

Typically Vinyasa Flow is an energizing yoga practice (but can be a slow flow to help you wind down for an evening practice), which wakes up the body through some warming-up stretches and poses, followed by salutations to bring heat into the body and a sequence of poses in which you move seamlessly using your breath. Poses vary and each Vinyasa Flow session has a focus on different body conditioning, such as back strengthening, hip opening, or flexibility etc... It also includes some balance poses and inversions. Vinyasa Flow helps build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue to maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body. This work will burn more calories, improve body/mind awareness, enhance movement pathways in the body to enhance agility, mobility and “grace in motion”. This type of yoga is excellent to develop a focus on your breath and body parts. As you breathe through each pose, the teacher gives you cues on where you should feel a stretch and which muscles should be engaged. Vinyasa Flow is open to all levels, however make sure you inform the teacher if you have never done yoga before so they can check your alignment and give you advice to prevent any injury.

Cancellation Policy
~Booking Policy~ Bookings cab be done on our website or a ‘Spaces by Wix’ app on your Android or IOS device. Choose the class, date & time, payment option and confirm the booking. You need to receive a confirmation email after successful booking! Early booking: no more than 14 days before the class starts. Late booking: no less than 1 hour before the class starts. If a class is booked using a package plan of 5, 10, 20 or 50 Group classes or a 10 or 20 Private classes, the system will deduct 1 credit from your plan right after the booking (to check the number of classes left please proceed to ‘Subscriptions’ in your account page or mobile application). After late booking please contact the hotline to check if there is any slot available. ~Events Booking Policy~ We are requiring advance booking and payment (or can be a deposit of 50%) for attending the events. Late booking: no less than 2 hours before the event starts. After late booking please contact the hotline to check if there is any slot available. ~Check-in Policy~ Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time and confirm the booking with the receptionist. Early check-in: 20 minutes before the class starts. Please keep quiet when entering the class if you are late. Clients are not allowed to join after 20 min the class has started. ~Cancellation Policy~ To cancel the booking please proceed to ‘My bookings’ on your account page using our website www.thaodienecowellness.vn or a ‘Spaces by Wix’ application on your Android or IOS device. Latest cancellation: 60 min before the class starts. Event latest cancellation: 2 hours before the event starts. If a class is booked using a package plan of 5-10-20-50 Group classes or the package of 10 or 20 Private classes, the system will return the unused class. Please cancel as early as you can, respect the time of others. Minimum number of class attendance is 2 people. Note that the class can be canceled due to the low number of attendees. The client will be contacted 1 hour before the class. ~Did Not Attend Policy~ In case the booking was not canceled or the cancelation request was not send the 100% fee will be charged according to the chosen booking payment option. If a class is booked using a package plan of 5-10-20-50 Group classes, the unused class will not be returned. For a package plan of 10-20 Private classes, only the 50% fee of one credit will be refunded. For any of unlimited package plans, one day will be deducted from the valid period.
